At ATS Tiles & Bathrooms, we strive for complete satisfaction with every renovation project and offer a flexible 30-day return policy for unused, resaleable items. Whether you have over-ordered tiles or changed your mind on a fixture, our team is here to assist with your return or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Our Support Team

  Email our customer service department with your order number and details of the tiles or bathroom fixtures you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items Securely

  Ensure all tiles are in their original boxes and bathroom units are in their original packaging; please secure items on a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Ship the items back to our central warehouse using a tracked courier service, or drop them off personally at our trade counter during standard business hours.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the goods for damage and confirms they are in a resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
